By engaging Signature Events & Experiences for event planning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Signature Events & Experiences provides luxury event planning and coordination services, including but not limited to venue selection, vendor coordination, design services, and event management.
Clients are responsible for:
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, a deposit is required to secure services, with remaining payments due according to agreed schedules.
Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be detailed in your service agreement. Some payments may be non-refundable depending on vendor commitments and timing.
Signature Events & Experiences shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or venue closures.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
